18 Apr Samsung’s vender companies investment into Phu Ha Viglacera Industrial Park
With the Interchange (IC 9) connecting Phu Ha IP with Ha Noi-Lao Cai Highway officially opens to traffic along with the increasing investment to complete synchronous infrastructure, Phu Ha IP has been attracting more attention from foreign investors, especially Samsung’s vender companies.
On April 14th, 2017, Viglacera continued to sign a land leasing contract with Haehwa – the sixth Korean electronics company to invest in Phu Ha IP, which specializes in phone camera manufacturing. In the first phase, Haehwa expects to invest US$4 million in building a plant with an area of 17,000 m2 at the IP.
Tran Ngoc Anh – Director of Viglacera Real Estate Company and Mr. Jo Han Doo – Director of Heahwa Co., Ltd. signed a land leasing contract at the Phu Ha IP.
The Phu Ha – Viglacera IP with an area of 350 hectares in Phu Tho province is connected to Noi Bai-Lao Cai Highway by Interchange IC9 and situated near the Ho Chi Minh national road. Accordingly, travel time from the IP to Hanoi and nearby IPs is shortened. Further, apart from abundant labor force, low labor cost and cheap renting fee, from the beginning of its construction in 2015 on, the IP has been invested to set up a modern and synchronous infrastructure to get ready for plant construction and business activities.
